Returns & Exchanges

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at [email protected] immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will make it right.

We offer returns or refunds within two weeks after you receive your items unless due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our end. If so, please contact [email protected] and we will get it sorted for you. Refunds are provided via the original payment method. For COD and Komoju payments we can only provide a store credit.
We do not accept returns for sale items, outlets or products purchased by gift cards.
