Return Policy


We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


To start an exchange, you can contact us at japanonline@havaianas.com with the following:

(a) Order number

(b) Product exchange information of new model and/or size required

(c) Reason for exchange

(d) Preference of exchange via mail or in store

Our team will then be in touch within 1 - 3 working days!

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at japanonline@havaianas.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will make it right.



We do not offer returns or refunds unless due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our end. If so, please contact japanonline@havaianas.com and we will get it sorted for you. Refunds are provided via the original payment method. For COD and Komoju convenience store payments we can only provide a store credit.
