We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at [email protected] with the following:
(a) Order number
(b) Product exchange information of new model and/or size required
(c) Reason for exchange
(d) Preference of exchange via mail or in store
Our team will then be in touch within 1 - 3 working days!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at [email protected] immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will make it right.
We do not offer returns or refunds unless due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our end. If so, please contact [email protected] and we will get it sorted for you. Refunds are provided via the original payment method. For COD and Komoju convenience store payments we can only provide a store credit.
We do not accept returns for sale items, outlets or products purchased by gift cards.
